Maple, cinnamon peanut butter fudge

I can’t express how sad I am that Christmas has now come to an end! I literally spend weeks preparing and looking forward to it and then it all seems to be over in the blink of an eye! I think I’m going to feel slightly lost not continuously creating Christmas themed recipes 24 hours a day anymore! However, we are still in the festive spirit as we do still have New Years eve approaching; so I thought that these festive fudge bites would be a great thing to have on hand for some sweet snacking.

These are a little different to normal fudge and are mainly made up of a combination of peanut butter and coconut oil. These are also super quick and simple to make and you can just leave them to set up in the freezer, so there’s very minimal prep work required. I love the flavour combination of these- I think that peanut and maple is just heavenly! It’s like sweet, yet kind of salty and has an amazing rich nutty flavour too. These little fudge bites are also completely melt in the mouth and just dissolve into a flavour explosion of sweet, peanut butter heaven!
