Tahini dressing


  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees c. Cut the cauliflower into florets and season with the oil, salt, pepper and other spices. Massage everything together to insure that all of the cauliflower is evenly coated. Roast in the oven for around 30 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, to make the dressing, combine all of the dressing ingredients and mix well. Add in as much or as little water as needed to reach a slightly runny (but not too runny) consistency.
  3. When your cauliflower is done, serve onto a place and sprinkle with a handful of pine nuts, pomegranate and fresh parsley. Drizzle over the dressing and enjoy!
