Apple & Berry Crumble Oatmeal



  1. Preheat your oven to 180c.
  2. Combine the oats and water together in a saucepan and bring to a medium low heat. Grate in the apple and stir everything together.
  3. Cook until the oats begin to thicken, stirring continuously. Pour in the coconut milk and add a touch of cinnamon & Arctic Berries powder. Allow these to cook until the apple is softened and the oats are nice and thick.
  4. Meanwhile, to make the crumble topping combine the oats, flour, cinnamon and agave in a bowl and mix well until sticky.
  5. Pour this onto a baking sheet and pop this into the oven for 10 minutes.
  6. Once your porridge and crumble topping are ready, serve the oatmeal into a bowl and sprinkle liber- ally with the crumble.
