Spiced Sea Buckthorn Granola

Ingredients

2 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp honey

2 cups jumbo oats

1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

1/4 cup sesame seeds

Handful raisins/sultanas

Tbsp Arctic Berries Sea Buckthorn Powder

Tsp ground cinnamon

Tsp ground Ginger

Pinch Pink Himalayan Salt

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180c.
Combine all of the dry ingredients, apart from the spices & raisins in a mixing bowl.
Gently heat the olive oil and honey together and add in the spices.
Pour this over the dry ingredients and mix well.
Spread the granola over a baking tray and place in the oven for 15 minutes, turning half way to prevent burning.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Stir through the raisins and store in an airtight jar or container.
