As well as being a healthy food lover, I am also a qualified personal trainer. I decided to enroll onto a personal training course after finishing college due to my passion and enjoyment for exercise.  Getting into a fitness routine really improved my health and had a huge impact on my life; which is something that I wanted to be able to help other people to achieve.

Your diet plays a huge roll in fitness and general well being. Not only did eating well help me to get my body into shape, but it made me feel more energized and fueled for my workouts.
